Eclipse Futbol Club excited to invite you to come and spend the weekend of Sept 14-15, 2024, at the MIDFEST SOCCER CLASSIC TOURNAMENT. The tournament will be held at Smith Park fields in Middletown. Smith park has been home to many tournaments: including the Middletown Spring Blast, SAY Franchise, State SAY and High School Tournaments.

We are very proud of the Soccer facilities at Smith Park in Middletown. Smith offer playgrounds, walking trails around the park, refreshment areas and with a total 26 fields for your soccer enjoyment. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping close park. Pets are allowed at Smith Park but must be kept on leash and picked up after. The tournament is set up on a three-game format. Individual and team Awards will be awarded for first and second place teams in each division. Awards will be awarded after final game at the tournament headquarters.

Brackets are listed as Red (Upper), White (Middle), Blue (Lower), Yellow(lower). We do the best we can to bracket teams and try to bracket teams as the appear in league divisions. Some teams may go up or down a division at the discretion of the scheduling committee.

Parking will be limited in some areas of the park, so please carpool as much as possible.

The tournament will offer competition for boys and girls in the 9U through 15U brackets. All teams must be in good standing with the United States Soccer Association and only players with valid player passes will be eligible to play. 8U will be accepted in the 9U division. A maximum of 14 players per roster of U9, U10 7v7 division and a maximum of 16 players, U11-U12 9v9 division. A maximum of 18 players per roster will be allowed for U13-U15 11v11.
Divisions will be made as long as there are 4 teams to be placed in the schedule
Four (4) guest players will be allowed. No player may play on nor be registered on more than one participating team in the tournament. Tournament Committee reserves the right of acceptance, denial or placement of any team.

The entry fee of $575.00 for U9 and U10 and $600.00 for U11-U12 and U13-U15 $650.00 per team should be mailed along with the enclosed application form to the address listed below by August 20, 2024. Teams not accepted will have their application fee returned in their notification letter. No entry fee will be returned to those teams accepted into the tournament. Notifications will be emailed and posted on the web site by August 26, 2024

Bring current 2024/25 Player Cards to all games and your roster
Guest player cards need to be pre approved before the tournament


2. CONFIRM ACCEPTANCE: If you have not confirm please do so and this will give you the option for the forms.

> 4. You will be sent to a page with your team information.
> 5. Click on the link that says "Confirm Participation"
> 6. You will then be sent to a page that lists all the forms you will need
> for registration

3. Payment is due now. If you have not mailed payment do so ASAP, must be received by Thursday Sept 1st
